Easter Bread Class

Hot Cross Buns with very subtle crosses

Easter Egg Bread, so festive and so very curious

I took a class today on making bread for Easter at the Patisserie in Milford, PA. It was very fun and delicious. Our fearless teacher, Rachel Crampsey was excellent and the class was really great and fun and delicious, did I say that already?

Sfogliatelle

I baked them, but I didn't have to make them!

There's a great Italian deli in Milford, PA called Fretta's Italian Food Specialties. We're so glad the Fretta family relocated from Brooklyn to here.
