Planning for the Future

Cue the snow, the sunlight and...

Peter is missing the snow this winter. We went out photographing today to scout new locations. We'll be back to this spot when the weather and light are cooperating.

At Dingmans Falls

My postcard photo of the lovely Silver Thread Falls

Tree roots searching for ground and water

Peter, Paul and I went for a walk at Dingmans Falls. There was a slight rain that made for a moist but beautiful, lush green walk.

Milford, PA

A star (and a cross?) high above Milford

The view from "the knob"

Milford is the next town over from we live. It is a quaint little victorian town that time has more or less forgotten. Although it is technically not our town, it is where we eat and shop locally so we consider it home.

I have been wanting to hike to this star for years and finally did. It is perched on "the knob" high above town and is only lit during the holidays. There's a beautiful view of town, the valley and the Delaware River. It was a very pleasant walk to get there but unfortunately, it was in the middle of a hot and hazy day so my photos aren't the best. Oh well. You get the idea.
