Feathers

Feathers are everywhere and yet always unexpected when you find one -- a pleasant surprise that can be interpreted anyway you like. This feather I found on my walk this morning, lying in the grass. I like to think that a feather is a sign of hope and good things to come.

Graduation

This end is only a new beginning

Paul graduated from High School this weekend. We're so proud of him. He'll be going to the School of Visual Arts this fall. Peter caught this happy moment, just before Paul received his diploma. Yay Paul!

Los Angeles, The Getty

Lisa and I spent a week in Southern California. We had a wonderful time visiting old friends and exploring city, beach and desert. I'm going to post some of my photos from the trip -- be sure to see Lisa's photos as well on her blog.
