Trip to Newburyport

We had one evening to explore before the snow started falling and it was time to go

Sunset over Newburyport, MA

Peter is now represented by The Churchill Gallery in Newburyport, MA. We took a quick trip up there yesterday to deliver the first group of paintings and left early this morning to get home before the forecasted snow started to fall. We're both looking forward to spending more time in this part of the world.

Work table still life

I packed up 3 small paintings today to go out to Scottsdale Fine Art in Arizona -- the first shipment of many to come.

On the Road Again

Peter thinks it always rains when we move paintings

Last week we delivered paintings to the Miller Gallery in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ten beautiful paintings moved out to the midwest looking for a home. With the help of the really great people at the Miller Gallery, they should find one.

Peter couldn't contain his excitement standing with a George Inness painting, his hero

A quick stop at the Cincinnati Museum of Art before we headed home, revealed all sorts of hidden treasures. It is a beautiful small museum that is worth a visit if you find yourself in southwestern Ohio, or northern Kentucky.

Delivering Paintings

Always fun to drive, the Hawks Nest along Route 97 in NY

Yesterday we shipped three beautiful 8x10 paintings to the Travis Gallery in New Hope, PA. Lauren Travis has a large and varied collection of Peter's work and will be hanging the new paintings this week. They are $1200 each and can be previewed on Peter's website. They're really spectacular.

I also drove eight paintings up to the River Gallery in Narrowsburg NY. The drive up Route 97 from Port Jervis north is a beautiful drive along the Delaware and was very quiet on an overcast Monday. Narrowsburg is a charming small town along the river and is worth a trip if you're in the area.
