We spent a lovely morning at The Metropolitan Museum of Art with Paul. If you haven't seen the recently reopened American Wing it's worth a trip.

A Trip to the Met

The Great Hall was a swirl of activity

We took Lisa back to the city and spent the afternoon at the Met. Peter and Lisa went off to discuss painting and I went in search of ancient sculpture and inspiration. It's been a long time since I wandered around the museum by myself and without a real plan. Fun was had by all.
